Welcome to The Sleep Mama + KC Kids — a creative resource hub for parents, teachers, and caregivers who want calm, connection, and confidence with their little ones.

Founded by Erica Farnan, a Certified Early Childhood Program Director with 10 year experience, K-12 School Counselor with 5 years of experience, and Certified Gentle Pediatric Sleep Coach. Our mission is to make parenting and early learning easier through beautiful, ready-to-use printables. From play-based preschool lessons and social-emotional learning activities to gentle sleep guides and parenting tools, each product is thoughtfully designed to support children’s growth, curiosity, and rest.
